Jean-Luc Freymond

Jean-Luc Freymond is the Chief Executive Officer of SAGE SA. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Jean-Luc used to be one of the significant architects of Prospero, SAGE SA’s suite of financial services software solution.

Prior to joining SAGE SA, Jean-Luc worked for Swiss banking giant UBS and has more than 14 years of experience in systems development and in the management of banking projects. He has implemented several projects of very large scope and led several teams of developers and analysts.

He has lectured on banking technology at the University of Lausanne and contributed to several industry expert panels and webinars.

He received both his BA in Management and his Postgraduate Diploma in European Law from the University of Lausanne, and received his EO/MIT Entrepreneurial Masters Program from MIT. He speaks fluent English and French.

Pascal Bertholet

Pascal Bertholet is the Chief Finance and Human Resources Officer of SAGE. He started as Project Manager at SAGE and has overseen projects in Holland, Belgium, Sweden and Switzerland. Pascal provides leadership in the evaluation and management of the firm’s financial objectives and determines how to use best our talent base to create innovative technical solutions.
 
Before joining SAGE in 1997, he worked more than 10 years in several major banks, like Credit Suisse, mostly as commercial credit manager.
 
He received his Swiss Federal Diploma in Banking Economy in 1988 and speaks fluent English and French.

Fernand Rasetti

Fernand Rasetti is the Chief Operating Officer of SAGE. In this role, he conducts the operational task force including the management of Professional Services and Product Factory. He started within SAGE as a Senior Project Manager and was soon promoted as Head of Professional Services. In this context, he conducted projects with local and global customers.

Fernand has more than 15 years of experience in operations management and possesses a strong knowledge of interrelations between business units.

He graduated in Brazil with a BA in Economics and Finance and received his MBA in International Management from the University of Geneva. He is fluent in English, French and Portuguese.
